Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays or product availability. Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch.
5Warranty
All Microtek products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty, honored directly through our authorized service network. Warranty excludes physical damage, misuse or unauthorized repairs.
6Returns & Cancellations
Return and cancellation requests are handled as per our Return Policy. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within the specified window.
7Limitation of Liability
Shree Balaji Trading Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from product use, installation, or delivery delays.
8Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
